Founded by a husband-and-wife team, Clay and Martha Edwards, who bring a one-of-a kind unique perspective to the business with combined and qualified expertise in the design, project management, sales, business development, marketing, real estate and mortgage industries. They are professionally trained in their respective fields, providing high-touch service while utilizing the latest technologies and using the most innovative marketing techniques to help you gain a competitive edge when selling a property.

Owner – Lead Designer – Founder
Our founder and principal lead designer, Martha Edwards, has always had a passion for interior design and visual arts. Growing up, she often rearranged her family’s living room furniture and her bedroom furniture to keep it looking “fresh”. Her love for design and color has only grown and has been instrumental in how she abstractly views design. Through the years she has studied and continues to master her love for color psychology and interior design. She is well connected in the staging industry, is a certified HSR graduate and a member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) which uphold the highest of standards and guidelines in the home staging and redesign industry.
In addition, her experience early on as a real estate assistant and mortgage loan processor has allowed her to expand on her skills. She has been a part of a creative real estate team that utilized out of the box marketing, planning and efficient processes that included home auctions. Having also managed a real estate office in the past, she knows the importance and purpose of providing excellent care for a smooth experience and understands the value of marketing a home to the right buyer in a competitive field. She does this seamlessly while striving for a win-win for all parties involved.

Our co-founder and business guru, Clay Edwards, brings with him an extensive (and impressive) background in Project Management, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate and Mortgage. Clay is a well versed, tested, tried and proven marketer that has been published in Market Watch, Realty Trac and The Tracy Press. He was an advisor to 60 Minutes and a columnist for the Mountain House Times during his time as a real estate agent and mortgage loan officer. He also contributed to an article on the current state of the market for the San Jose Mercury News.
Clay has been trained by Brian Rodgers (a successful real estate agent and trainer that has sold over 600 million in real estate personally), Joe Stumpf (a trusted real estate coach and mentor) and Brian Sacks (a top mortgage consultant nationwide) and continues to learn from as many industry professionals as possible. He has been affiliated with or a member of: The CORE, By Referral Only, Mortgage Market Guide, Loan Tool Box, Real Estate Tool Box, Busy Agent Pro, Walter Sanford’s Sales System, Dan Kennedy’s Sales Systems, Raymond Aaron’s system, and the Mortgage Coach.
A serial entrepreneur since the age of 20, Clay is always ready to step up and into a leadership role with ease and confidence. His hidden talents are in the music and auto industry…ask him about it. You might get to jam to some good music or hear some great fancy car stories!
